This error message typically points to information or a setting on your Safari browser that needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (Allow Cookies in Safari)
- On the home screen, tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Under Privacy & Security, tap Block Cookies.
- Tap Always Allow.
Mac Computer
- Remove Curveswelcome website data
- Go to the Safari menu in the upper left corner of your browser.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Privacy.
- Under Cookies and website data, select Details or Manage Website Data.
- Search for Curveswelcome.
- Select Remove.
- Select Remove Now.
- After the Curveswelcome website data has been deleted, force-quit Safari and try curveswelcome again.
To force-quit Safari:
- Select the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the browser.
- Select Force Quit.
- Select Safari.
- Select Force Quit.
- Confirm your selection.
- Try curveswelcome again.
